I can’t say enough good things about these motorized skylight shades. We have two skylights in our master bedroom, and the morning sun used to wake us up every single day. Since installing the zstarr blackout cellular shades, the room stays completely dark — it honestly feels like a hotel now. We purchased a large 4’ x 10’ horizontal skylight shade about two weeks ago. It has made a huge difference in the amount of heat and light entering our bedroom during the recent hot and sunny days. It also helps on nights with a full moon! It operates easily with the remote control and didn’t require any electrical connections with the optional solar panel. The shade stacks in about 7” at the head rail when fully open. I had never been able to find a large motorized shade for this skylight until now. It’s a great addition to our home!
