At ZSTARR, we’re committed to delivering your custom motorized blinds and shades as quickly and safely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Time
- Custom orders typically take 3-5 business days to process and prepare for shipping.
- Non-custom orders usually take 1-2 business days, such as accessories.
Shipping Options Delivery Time
We will start processing your order within 24 hours of placing it, excluding holidays. Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Usually, you will receive your order within 10 to 15 business days.
If you choose expedited shipping, the delivery time will be shortened by 1-2 days.

Customs & Import Fees
In case of any incurred customs duty, please get in touch with us, and we will reimburse you for the amount.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Damaged Items: If your blinds arrive damaged, contact us immediately at support@zstarrblinds.com with photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
- Lost Shipments: If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, let us know within 7 days so we can investigate.
Shipping Address
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- Need to change your address after ordering? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
